How far are you from the international airport at Nadi?
Bedarra Beach Inn is approximately 75 kilometers from Nadi (pronounced Nan-Di) International Airport. The drive takes about 1 1/2 hrs by car and a bit longer by coach.
How can I get from Nadi airport to Bedarra Beach Inn & what does the transfer cost?
A private car transfer from Nadi to Bedarra Beach Inn costs FJD$60 per person each way (Nadi/Bedarra & Bedarra/Nadi) but there is a minimum of two people. So to make it simple - a private car for 2 people costs FJD$120 each way. 3 people = FJD$180 each way....
You can also decide to have a 'seat on coach' transfer. This will cost you FJD40 each way per person and there are no minimums. 1 person - 1 seat - FJD$40 each way. If you need transport from the airport, please let us know if you want car or coach transfer and we'll make the arrangements for you. A one-way transfer deposit will be charged when you make your reservation.

How far is the nearest shopping centre?
There are a couple of 'local' convenience stores within 10 minutes walk but for normal shopping you would take a taxi into the river town of Sigatoka (pronounced sing-a-toka). The ride takes 10 minutes and costs about FJD$16 round trip. There you'll find supermarkets, several gift shops and a fascinating open air vegetable market. A real chance to mix with the locals...
Do you have cooking facilities in your rooms?
Sorry, we don't - but we have provided 2 great restaurants for you to choose from.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card & American Express. We can also change small amounts of foreign currency for you and we do accept Travelers Cheques.
Do you have a Kid's Club?
Sorry, we don't. Many families with children stay here but we are not a large resort with a whole host of special kid's activities pre-planned to fill their day. The pool and lagoon beach are always available for play and we can arrange baby sitters should you big people want to escape for the evening. By the way, two children under 12 staying in-room with parents do so at no extra accommodation charge.
How far are you from Shangri-La Fijian Resort and Hideaway Resort?
We are 25 km from Shangri-La Fijian Resort. A round trip taxi will cost about FJD$60 and take approximately 25 minutes each way. Hideaway Resort is 15 km away and a round trip taxi will cost FJD$45 and take 17 minutes each way.
What activities can I engage in while in Fiji?
Phew! That question would take forever to answer. There is so much.... We have Kayaks and snorkelling equipment free of charge for guests, but if you want to get out and about, go back to our Tours & Activities page and you'll see a short-list of options at the bottom of the page. But it's just a short list! When you get here we can make all the arrangements for you!
